FAQ
Questions we hear on the phone
Quick answers to the common ones. For anything else, just call.
My furnace or air conditioner just stopped. What should I check first?
Check that the thermostat has power and is set to HEAT or COOL, that the breaker has not tripped and that the filter is not clogged. If it still will not run, call 248-930-2080 and tell us what it is doing. If you smell gas, leave the house first, then call 911 and your gas utility from outside.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We find the problem, explain what is wrong and what your options are, and give you the price before any work begins. Nothing starts until you say so.
Do you work on my make of furnace or air conditioner?
We work on most makes and models of furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps. Have the make and the rough age ready when you call, and we will tell you whether we can help. Our services page lists everything we do.
Which areas do you serve?
We work throughout Oakland County, Michigan, and the communities around it. If you are not sure whether we come to you, call 248-930-2080 and ask, or see our service area.
